PRE-REGISTRATION INFORMATION

 EXPRESS LINE: Three Stations in ONE!!! 7:00—7:45 a.m. (All Students)

2)  Responsible Use Policy
3)  Publicity Authorization
4)  Student Residency
5)  Migrant Worker Form
6)  Proof of Meal application (screen shot of confirmation/ Print-out of email) 
7)  Proof of LAUSD Parent Portal access (screen shot of confirmation/print-out of email)

All Student Registration Stations
(A-L  8:00 - 11:00 a.m. and M-Z  1:00 - 4:00 p.m.)

1) Complete all District forms (download below)

2) PARENT PORTAL Register for LAUSD online Parent Portal access to grades/attendance. You will need your child's District ID to register, IDs will be provided on Pre-Registration day. (CLICK HERE FOR ONLINE APPLICATION)  For Express Line: Take a screen shot of your completed form/email confirmation.

3) MEAL APPLICATION registration (CLICK HERE FOR ONLINE APPLICATION) Please apply even if you don't qualify - For Express Line: Take a screen shot or print out of your completed form.

4) Pick up text books

5) PTSA membership

6) After-school program applications 

7) Locker assignments
