Since LAUSD does not provide accident/medical insurance for school related injuries, it does make available a low cost insurance plan to help students in the event of an accident. Insurance information, as authorized by the California Education Code, is provided during the first week of the school year. Holmes International Middle School will take all possible steps to protect students from suffering accidents or injuries on our campus. Parents are also reminded that there is no school or District insurance coverage for the loss/theft of personal items/clothing/textbooks, etc.
