Holmes Registration Day

 

• August 12 - 8th Grade
• August 13 - 7th Grade
• August 14 - 6th Grade

     8:00 - 11:00 a.m. Last Names M-Z, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. Last Names A-Z

 

Multiple siblings shall attend the day of the younger sibling. If you cannot attend, please come to the Main Office on Friday, August 23, 2019, after 8:00 a.m. for assistance.

 

Forms for registration and staff will be at each station to assist you complete the registration stations. *** If you DO NOT have a registered Parent Portal account, you will need:

• An email address that you use for your child's school enrollment and all parent communication. You will need to be able to access the email account to verify the Parent Portal registration. 
• A parent PIN: staff can assist you if your child is enrolled at Holmes in the LAUSD system. 
• Student LAUSD ID number: staff can assist you if your child is enrolled at Holmes in the LAUSD system. 

 

Express Lane: 5 Stations in 1 from 7:00-7:45 a.m.

To skip several stations, you will need to have ALL required documents completed before you come. Click HERE to download and print the forms. Bring ALL the required paperwork to the Express Lane, including proof of your Parent Portal account and submission of the LAUSD Meal application.  All other stations will be open at 8:00 a.m. (purchase gym clothes [cash only], take student ID pictures, and pick up the textbooks).
