Enrollment & Registration Information 2026-2027

Enrollment Forms are linked to the right (OR CLICK HERE). If you do not have access to a printer, forms will be available at the school. We will begin accepting enrollment papers in the Main Office beginning April 13, 2026 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 2:30-4:00 p.m. PLEASE do not upload the forms online. Forms need be submitted to the Main Office for all incoming 6th graders and students new to Holmes.

 

Returning 7th & 8th graders need to bring the forms on Registration Day in August. If you upload them online, please bring a copy of the ORIGINAL forms on your registration day in August.

Registration: Disbursement of books, lockers, student ID, etc. All forms MUST be completed in order to receive the above items. If you uploaded your forms, please bring a copy on your registration day. Registration forms will be available on March 20, 2026. If you have multiple children attending, please go on the day of the younger child.

 

Last names    A - L @ 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. (Gates close at 9:45 a.m.)

                       M – Z @ 11:00 – 1:00 p.m. (Gates close at 12:45 p.m.)
